Polyurethane hollow rods / tubes are made of polyurethane flexible material that is well suited for machining into custom pieces in low-volume products such as bumpers, stops, and bushings.

Characteristics of urethane:
Polyurethane hollow rods / tubes are abrasion-resistant, solvent and oil-resistant. Urethane is machineable and durable. Polyurethane hollow rods / tubes offer great load-bearing capability and an elastic memory. We offer them in a wide hardness range - from 40 shore A to 90 shore A. Some shorter hollow rod/tubes we can offer hardness up to 75D. Natural is traditional colors, and other colors are available upon request.

The specialized formulations of the Polyurethane hollow rods/tubes allow ease of grinding or machining. Other available formulas include high rebound urethane with low compression set properties, high-temperature formulations and abrasion-resistant formulations.
