 Create a tight seal when connecting Swedish Milk Standard (SMS) fittings. In addition to dairy applications, these gaskets are used in food and pharmaceutical plants. Made of PTFE, they have excellent resistance to detergents, hydraulic fluid, and salt and good resistance against most acids and alkalis. They withstand both high and low temperatures. With an extremely smooth interior surface, these gaskets contain no small holes where bacteria could grow. They're slippery to prevent sticking and flexible to form a tight, flush surface even under high loads.

Gaskets are FDA compliant for direct contact with food, and meet USP Class VI standards for plastics that won't leach into liquid. They're made without animal-derived ingredients, so there's no risk of outside animal products contaminating your system. All meet DIN 11851 and SMS 1149 dimensional standards.
