Laser Printing
Rubber laser printing is a non-contact processing technology that uses high-energy laser beam to form permanent graphic marks on the surface of rubber products through ablation, gasification or photochemical reaction. It is also often called rubber laser marking/laser engraving. This technology does not need ink consumables, and the mark can never be erased. It can complete high-precision text, logo and pattern processing without destroying the inherent surface characteristics of rubber.
The logo and pattern of rubber products are customized, which supports small batch flexible production and does not need to manufacture additional molds.
