General specification
Applications:	Fluoroelastomer sheet material is especially recommended for fabrication into FKM gaskets, seals, packings, FKM washers, FKM pads, shims, curtains, joints and other parts for use in severe operating conditions.
Hardness by Shore A	70-80 Shore A (Customize 50-90 Shore A)
Resistance to:	FKM commercial sheeting is best suited for petroleum derivative at elevated temperatures. Weather, water, ozone, oxidation, aliphatic hydrocarbons gasoline, kerosene...aromatic hydrocarbons FKM is resistant to benzol, toluol alcohol, acid, synthetic diester lubricants, halogenated degreaser solvents, hydraulic silicates. Good abrasion resistance.

1. Cutting FKM/Viton Gasket
Due to their performance in challenging sealing applications, FKM rubber gaskets are cut from a synthetic fluoroelastomer and are primarily used in the automotive, aerospace, and petrochemical industries.

2. Moulded FKM/Viton Gasket

Different from cutting, we use high-precision molds to form Viton Gasket by molding and high-temperature vulcanization. These gaskets have more choices, such as hardness, color, performance and profile. Support personalized customization. These gaskets meet and comply with: RoHS, REACH, FDA, peroxide curing system, metal detection, FKM/Viton to metal (PTFE or plastic) bonding and other requirements.
