This reinforced FKM gasket material has outstanding thermal stability and is highly resistant to hydrocarbons, additives, oil and oils. The Viton / FKM also offers excellent weathering, oxidation and ozone resistance but should not be used with organic acids or ketones such as acetone.

Reinforced FKM / Viton Gaskets

Reinforced Viton gaskets also known as reinforced FKM gaskets, are produced from a high-quality rubber material made from Viton. reinforced Viton rubber gaskets are extremely durable and are well suited to put up with the rigors of caustic environments and fluid exchange devices. Reinforced Viton rubber gaskets extend the thermal resistance of most mid-performance elastomers.
