Our range of Silicone Flangeless Plugs are used to close openings during Powder Coating, E-Coating, Plating and Anodizing. Made from Silicone, this range of High Temp Plug can be used in temperatures above 315°c and are rigid enough to be pushed into place whilst retaining the flexibility required. All Flangeless Plugs have a simple pull-tab handled moulded into the top, to aid removal. Recommended operating temperature range is -60°c to 230°c.
Product Uses
Available in a range of colours to make identification easy, the unique design of our Silicone Flangeless Plugs means that the coating does not build up around the plugs onto the surface. The Tapered shape means that one Flangeless Plug will suit many sizes of opening including threaded holes.
*Tip@Silicone Flangeless Plugs - ensure the Major Diameter is at least 15% larger than the hole diameter and the Minor Diameter is at least 15% smaller.
