Gaskets made of EPDM rubber are recommended for:
phosphate ester base hydraulic fluids,
water, steam
silicone oils and greases,
dilute acids, dilute alkalis, ketones,
alcohol's and automotive brake fluids.

Compared with the traditional sulfur vulcanization, the peroxide vulcanized gasket has higher bond energy and chemical stability, so that the gasket can still maintain sealing performance in the environment of 150℃ for a long time and 180℃ for a short time.
Low compression permanent deformation
Under the continuous compression conditions of flanges, peroxide vulcanization can increase the crosslinking density, reduce the deformation residue of materials, effectively prolong the sealing life, and is suitable for key parts such as engine compartment and heat exchange system.
