The polyurethane rubber / PU screen cleaning balls are made of Food safe substances which are resistant to chemicals and abrasion. The polyurethane balls have outstanding life-wear and are a great choice for screen cleaning.
Continuous cleaning of sifter screens is necessary. Deblinding polyurethane balls, also referred to as sifter balls, are resistant to abrasion and give a steady bounce along the surface of the glass mesh. This motion loosens any material that builds up in the openings of the frame, which allows the sewn material to pass into the clean space.
By integrating the polyurethane balls into the sifting cycle, they are able to operate in tandem with the screening action to dislodge any substance that wants to build up.
