Food Grade Silicone Plug for Glass Drink Bottle

This Food Grade Silicone Plug is made for a type of Glass Drink Bottle. It would be slipped into the bottom of the bottle when the plug is being used.  
The diameter is DN48mm on the top and DN56mm on the buttom, the color is blue, but also could be made in other color if you need.  It could resist 200℃.
Silicone products are usually molded by high-temperature molds, after putting in solid silicone raw materials with vulcanizing agents and applying pressure through a vulcanizing machine, the high-temperature sulfur is solidified. The hardness of molded silicone is usually from Shore A 30 to  Shore A  70. The raw materials are matched with the color paste to adjust the color according to the Pantone color card number. The shape of the mold determines the shape of the molded silicone product, which is the most widely used in the silicone industry.
