There are usually four ways of leaking an O-ring: interface leakage, soaking, dispersing, and leaking.

O-ring dispersion leakage: Under the advancement of the concentration difference, the medium leaks through the sealing gap or the substance transfer of the capillary that seals the data. Pay special attention to both leakage and dispersion when the sealing pressure difference is extremely small or vacuum, or when sealing nitrogen, hydrogen and other penetrating substances, as well as highly toxic and radioactive substances.


O-ring damage leakage: the working conditions in the sealing part are poor, the thermal deformation is large, often subject to vibration, impact, improper installation, excessive tightening force, repeated use, tightening deformation, internal stress gathering, surpassing fatigue strength Damage, data aging, metamorphosis, etc. will cause damage and leakage.
